Shipping Schedule

Orders placed during weekday hours are processed within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Orders placed during weekend hours are processed the following business day. We will keep you posted as we make and subsequently ship your order. Please email us at office@aklasu.co or call 1-800-595-0276 with questions about your order. You can always track your orders and you will receive frequent updates.

Returns

We're confident you'll love your new Aklasu pieces. If it wasn’t what you were hoping for and you would like to return your undamaged and unworn purchase for a full refund, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note on Dress Socks
Due to sanitary reasons, socks that are returned must not have been tried on.

The Process

  1. Let us know you want to start a Return. Email us at office@aklasu.co and include your Order Number.
  2. We will immediately send you a pre-paid return label.
  3. Package the items you want returned in its original packaging and place the pre-paid return label on it.
  4. Drop it off with the courier at your convenience.
  5. Once we receive the return we will immediately issue your refund.

Made to Last - Our 365 Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products so we do guarantee them for 365 days. If your tie is defective or damaged (excluding stains and snags) through no fault of your own we will happily exchange your tie for a new one.

Has it been longer than 365 days? We are reasonable people so you can always email us and we can work something out.
