The 365-Day Guarantee
Every Aklasu tie carries a 365-day guarantee. If a tie is defective or damaged through no fault of yours, we will exchange it for a new one. Stains and snags from regular wear are not covered. Anything that suggests a fault in the work is.
To start an exchange, email office@aklasu.co with your order number. We respond within one business day.
After the First Year
The 365-day mark is the formal boundary, not the end of the relationship. After a year, if a tie develops a problem that should not have happened, write to us. We prefer working things out to standing on policy. The conversation matters more than the calendar.
Why We Can Promise This
The Promise is possible because of how the ties are made. Wool-interlined for body and recovery, so the knot returns to shape. Slip-stitched by hand along the length, so the cloth flexes without strain. Bias-cut so the tie hangs straight after every knot. Finished by hand in Italy, so the work shows up in how the tie sits and how long it lasts.
