Refund policy

RETURNS

You may return any unworn and undamaged items, in their original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Processing times vary by bank and payment method but typically take 3 to 5 business days.

Returns and exchanges are free for customers in the United States and Canada. We send you a pre-paid label at no cost. For all other destinations, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund, or you may arrange your own tracked carrier. Exchanges are subject to availability.

DRESS SOCKS

For sanitary reasons, socks that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our Sock Size Guide before ordering.

WHAT IS REFUNDED

We refund the price you paid for the item, along with any tax charged on it. Original shipping fees and import duties charged separately at checkout are non-refundable.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, your statutory rights apply in addition to this policy.

MADE TO LAST

We believe in the quality of our products, so we guarantee them for 365 days. If your tie is defective or damaged (excluding stains and snags) through no fault of your own, we will happily exchange your tie for a new one.

Has it been longer than 365 days? We are reasonable people, so you can always email us and we can work something out.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email office@aklasu.co with your Order Number, or complete the form through your Account Dashboard. We send you a pre-paid label, and once we receive the return we issue your refund or ship your exchange.
