We offer complimentary shipping to Canada and the USA. You may select a faster shipping option upon checkout should you desire it. We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our international customers.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Your purchase is made-to-order but we do at times stock certain pieces. Because of this, there may be lead times in completing your order. We will always let you know the availability of your item at the time of your purchase. Orders placed during weekday hours are processed within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Orders placed during weekend hours are processed the following business day. We will keep you posted as we make and subsequently ship your order. FREE & EASY RETURNS

You may return any unused and undamaged items within 15 days from the time you receive your order. We offer free returns on all orders to Canada and USA. Contact office@aklasu.co to initiate your return or simply complete the form through your Account Dashboard. Please note that refund processing times vary according to your bank and payment method but typically take about 3-5 business days.

MADE TO LAST

We believe in the quality of our products so we do guarantee them for 365 days. If your tie is defective or damaged (excluding stains and snags) through no fault of your own we will happily exchange your tie for a new one.
