Shipping Rates
Shipping is free above the order minimum shown at checkout for your destination. Below that minimum, a flat rate applies. Expedited options are offered where available. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the method you choose.
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed during weekday hours are processed within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Orders placed during weekend hours are processed the following business day. We will keep you posted as we make and subsequently ship your order. Please email us at office@aklasu.co or call 1-800-595-0276 with questions about your order. You can always track your orders and you will receive frequent updates.
Returns
We're confident you'll love your new Aklasu pieces. If it wasn't what you were hoping for and you would like to return your undamaged and unworn purchase for a full refund, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges are free for customers in the United States and Canada.
Note on Dress Socks
Due to sanitary reasons, socks that are returned must not have been tried on.
The Process
- Let us know you want to start a Return. Email us at office@aklasu.co and include your Order Number.
- We will send you a pre-paid return label. In the United States and Canada it costs you nothing. For all other destinations, the cost of the label is deducted from your refund.
- Package the items you want returned in its original packaging and place the pre-paid return label on it.
- Drop it off with the courier at your convenience.
- Once we receive the return we will immediately issue your refund.
