How far in advance should I order ties for my wedding?
We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding. This gives you time for delivery, exchanges if needed, and the peace of mind that everything is settled well before the wedding. For the widest selection and customisation options, 3–4 months ahead is ideal. If you’re on a tighter schedule, our in-stock items can arrive in as little as 2 days with express shipping.
How long does shipping take, and do you offer express delivery?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive in time?
We do everything possible to meet your timeline. If there’s ever an unexpected delay, we’ll work with you immediately to find a solution, whether it’s expedited shipping, exchanges, or refunds.
Do you offer discounts for large wedding parties?

What if some groomsmen need a different size? (standard vs. XL length)
Our ties are available in both standard and XL lengths, and you can mix sizes within the same order so everyone gets the right fit. If you are ordering well in advance, we can also create custom sizes. Shorter, longer, slimmer, or wider ties can be made with 2 to 4 months’ notice.
Do you offer pocket squares or socks to match the ties?
We offer Italian-made socks and pocket squares that are designed to complement our ties, not match them exactly. A refined look comes from pairing pieces that work together through texture, tone, and contrast rather than duplication. What if I change my mind about the colour once I see it in person?
No problem. You can return or exchange unused ties within 365 days. Many wedding customers order a single tie first, then finalise their larger order once they’re confident in the colour.
